1. Booking Procedure and Payment
1.1. Access to BR Education and Training’s products and services is subject to these terms and conditions, regardless of the method of procurement.
1.2. Online bookings will only be accepted upon completion of the website booking form. Telephone and email bookings must be made through a BR Education and Training’s advisor, providing the delegate’s full name, home or organizational address, mobile telephone number, and email address.
1.3. Bookings are only secured upon receipt of full payment. Attendance is limited to one delegate per booking. For multiple delegates, the quantity must be increased online or via direct assistance from BR Education and Training by email.
1.4. Payment for public courses must be received 14 days prior to the course date or as per the terms of the invoice, whichever is sooner. Any alternative arrangements must be pre-agreed with the BR Education and Training’s Office by email : info@breducation.org.uk
1.5. Payment for notes, publications, and online studies must be received before dispatching the relevant items.
1.6. Any outstanding invoice beyond the specified payment period may be referred to a debt collection agency and a 15% surcharge plus VAT will apply to cover collection costs. All legal fees and charges incurred will be the customer’s responsibility and legally enforceable.
1.7. Secured payment via credit or debit card on the BR Education and Training’s website is preferred. Payment can also be made by bank transfer or other methods. Payments for public courses must be received no later than two weeks before the course date. For bookings made within two weeks of the course, only card or BACS transactions are accepted.
1.8. For public course payments completed via telephone, delegates may be required to present the payment card for verification on the course date. BR Education and Training’s reserves the right to refuse entry to delegates who fail to do so.
1.9. Fees for in-house training are invoiced in two stages: a non-refundable 75% deposit is invoiced at the time of booking, and the remaining 25% is invoiced after the training delivery, with payment due within 7 days.
- Confirmation of Bookings
2.1. For bookings or purchases made via the website, a notification will be sent to the registered email address.
2.2. Late booking confirmations and venue details will be sent via email to the preferred email address.
- Course Cancellation
3.1. BR Education and Training reserves the right to cancel a course or change the date, venue, content, or speakers without prior notice.
3.2. In the event of course cancellation, BR Education and Training will attempt to notify delegates promptly, and course fees will be reimbursed in full.
3.3 BR Education and Training is not liable for any expenses incurred beyond the course fees.
- Delegate Cancellations, Transfers, and Fees
4.1. Refunds will be issued only if cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days before the course date. No refund policy is applicable for online courses or subscriptions.
4.2. Invoices will only be credited if cancellation is received in writing 10 working days prior to the course date. Cancellations or no-shows after this deadline will remain liable for 100% of the fee.
4.3. Late bookings placed within 10 days of the course are subject to 100% of the course fee, and payments made for late bookings are non-refundable.
4.4. BR Education and Training operates under a 15-day invoice policy, and invoices must be paid within 15 days or before the course commencement, whichever is sooner. Late payments are subject to a 4% surcharge.
4.5. A substitute delegate may attend in place of the original delegate with prior written notification.
4.6. Delegates may transfer to an alternative course of the same value (subject to availability) or use the fee as credit for a future course (to be used within 6 months). Credit not used within 6 months will be lost. Payment periods for invoices remain unchanged.
4.7. Transfer or future credit requests must be submitted in writing at least 10 working days prior to the original course date. Requests made after this period will incur a £60 administrative fee.
4.8. No refunds will be issued for online course or subscription purchases. Annual subscriptions are charged via a secure service, and renewals can be cancelled within one year.

Subscription Procedure and Payment
5.1. Course purchases via the website require registration and payment. Access is provided through login credentials, and a one-time password is sent after payment is cleared.
5.2. Orders can be modified up until the “Place Order” button is clicked.
5.3. By placing an order, you agree to purchase the course under these terms. BR Education and Training reserves the right to decline or cancel any order.
5.4. Upon receiving an order, BR Education and Training will send an automated confirmation email.
5.5. Orders for courses may only be placed online. For alternative payment methods, contact BR Education and Training via email at: info@breducation.org.uk
5.6. BR Education and Training reserves the right to withdraw courses from the website at any time.
5.7. Each course purchase is for individual use only. BR Education and Training will cancel subscriptions or courses if shared usage is detected. For live sessions, cameras must be turned on. Failure to comply will result in removal with no refund.
5.8. Secured payment via credit or debit card is required for all bookings, which are only confirmed after full payment is received.
Confirmation of Subscription
5.9. Automatic email notifications are sent after a subscription purchase.
5.10. Course access is limited to the website.
5.11. Website content and materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Copying, modifying, or redistributing materials is prohibited without BR Education and Training’s written permission.
5.12. eBooks are for personal use, cannot be printed, and must not be modified. The website must be acknowledged as the source of the material.
5.13. With written permission, materials can be provided to others, and users must ensure compliance with restrictions.
Subscription Cancellation
5.14. Subscriptions are non-cancellable after purchase. Access remains available for one year, with renewal cancellation allowed at any time before the renewal date.
5.15. BR Education and Training reserves the right to suspend subscriptions for any breach of these terms, especially Clause 5.11.

6.1. For reasonable adjustments to public courses, contact BR Education and Training via email: info@breducation.org.uk
6.2. For special dietary requirements, notify BR Education and Training at least 10 days before the course date. BR Education and Training is not liable for catering issues.
6.3. For online live courses, delegates must keep their cameras on throughout the course. Failure to comply may result in removal with no refund.
6.4. Delegates must adhere to appropriate decorum and ensure a quiet environment, stable internet, and familiarity with the online platform. BR Education and Training reserves the right to suspend attendance for any breaches impacting
